As a first in Austria, P•S•TRAINING offers a guarantee that the seminar will definitely take place. Our particular marketing concept guarantees that those seminars marked with our guarantee stamp will definitely take place because our existing customers have already reserved many of the places. Many training organizations were in the habit of canceling seminars at short notice due to low registration numbers. Even if this did not lead to financial losses it often presented problems and changes of plans for the customer as delays always involve time and energy - i.e. indirect costs. Through regular contact with our customers, P•S•TRAINING can plan long-term its necessary capacity for certain seminars. As soon as a particular seminar has sufficient participants for both published dates we attach our guarantee to it.
