| Registration for Seminars
You can register in writing via the e-mail form, by fax of by phone.
As soon as we receive it, we send you back confirmation of your registration,
information about the seminar hotel and the invoice. It becomes a firm
registration on receipt of your payment of the fee. Seminar places are
limited and allocation is strictly in order of payment
Seminar Charges and Additional Costs
Seminar prices include all costs and fees for the trainers, documentation
and technical support. If you reserve 3 or more places at the same time,
we offer a price reduction of 10%.
Hotel Charges
You should pay the hotel bill for overnight stay, food, etc directly
to the hotel. Normally we are able to negotiate reasonable inclusive
costs for meals, drinks, coffee breaks, etc. Please inform the hotel
of your requirements when you make the booking (number of nights' stay
and what you want included).
Early
Booking Discount
If you book at least 6 months before the seminar date, there is a discount
of ATS 1000.- per registration.
Cancellation Fees
Please accept that we must invoice 50% of the seminar cost in the event
of a cancellation less than 4 weeks before the start of the seminar.
Participants who register but do not take part do not get a refund.
The cancellation fee is waived if a participant is unable to attend
but you send someone else in their place.
Looking
Towards Europe and the Euro
As proof of our international outlook, particularly where Europe is
concerned, we give all prices in both Austrian Schillings and Euros.
This will enable you to get used to the relative value of the amounts
in our future common currency. We use the exchange rate 1Euro = ATS
13.7603. At the same time this emphasizes the value to all participants
in our seminars in this great economic zone.
EU-Subsidies
All our seminars qualify for EU-subsidies under certain conditions:
Subsidy of the Labour Market Service and European Social Fund
(Article 4)
- - are you more than 30 years old
- - does your company have fewer than 250 employees
in this case:
- - up to 2/3 of seminar fees
- - hotel and travel costs
- - salaries and social charges
can be claimed.
You must submit your claim form at least 4 weeks before the start
of the course in the regional government employment office.
