The Company

Our organisation

P•S•TRAINING is a company which concentrates entirely on increasing the efficiency of both individuals and organisations through personal development and group seminars. The content of the training is presented in easily understood and highly effective ways through the use of real-life examples and role-play techniques. P.S. - it stands for Play & Success, aims at both private and professional development. Satisfied customers have been impressed by the positive results achieved: our testimonials clearly confirm this. Made-to-measure seminars help to expand opportunities and open up new potential for a future-focused commitment, greater awareness and a wider horizon.

Our objectives

"The future does not belong to the strong but to the committed."

Robert Owens, a training manager of international repute, defined his ideas of the concept 'success' in a series of lectures to American politicians. He sees the value of future-focused development and investment in people not so much in concentrating on immediate material rewards but above all by involving the individual emotionally and psychologically i.e. by personal commitment. Consequently P•S•TRAINING is committed to develop the interest, ambitions and effectiveness of those individuals who want to take up the challenge and the responsibility in this area.

Exceptional Achievement

The German Training Prize is awarded annually to professional training institutes for unique or exceptionally successful developmental concepts in German speaking countries.
In the year 2000 this award was given for the first time to an Austrian company, P•S•TRAINING GmbH, Mr. Peter Solc, for the entry "Playing Field Negotiating Table". The training for buyers and sales people of Voest (Iron and Steel Industry) was notable for its high relevance to real-life business and for its efficient and flexible structure.
